    Hello, long time ago I found a plugin and I can't find it anymore here , I forgot the name of the plugin but maybe someone knows. The plugin was like an extra backup menu in which you could find options such as "deploy cops with spikestrips and roadblocks" " helicopters " etc. Thats all I remember, and also the plugin was binded on B . Thank you for your time.

    Maybe you can try to re-install the mod + ELS file in the correct folder, I had the same problem with an ELS vehicle and re-installed the mod + the ELS and it worked.
