    It works now but I have to launch RAGE after launching GTA which Isn't a big deal. This seems to be a RAGE issue rather than an LSPDFR issue. A pinned post mentions this issue relating to the Epic version of the game, I have the steam version so it might just be RAGE. Either way, I found myself a workaround.

    Fresh install of GTA V with only LSPDFR installed crashes on startup after sitting on a blank screen for ~20 seconds. Tried manual and installer versions of LSPDFR and reinstalling GTA V in between. GTA V vanilla does launch and did load into story mode. Trouble begins when I installed RAGE and LSPDFR. RagePluginHook.log
