Okay, I have a few questions, And yes I am kinda a nub when it comes to GTAIV modding... 1. I downloaded a custom siren of course, but I cannot choose the option I wish to use... When I hold in the button to do the Electronic Air Horn, it cycles through all the siren types. I would like to be able to control it better than random spamming of siren, doesn't sound good at all... 2. The white Control panel you see in youtube videos, and etc where they open up a spawn list, options like HUD Speed, etc, What is that and how do you do it? 3. Lastly, How do I make a skin/ How could I go about requesting a custom car skin from someone? Any help is appreciated... thanks guys...
