Sooo uhh, I very much have no idea what is wrong with my LSPDFR. It crashed when I go on duty, would appreciate if anyone could tell me what to fix.

Hi, I have installed LSPDFR many times before with no issues, but this time I try to play it there are many problems, some of which I believe are because of the Cayo Perico Update. I currently have the version 2189 of the game on Steam. Whenever I try to open it (with or without RPH) it crashes. I tried changing my mods folder name to _mods and it worked but it was like the mods folder didn't exist. With the mods folder on its original game, GTA V just crashes when I try to open it. I should also add that Rage Plugin Hook only opens when I start the game with Elevated Privileges, otherwise game will start like Rage Plugin Hook isn't there and I have this message. https://gyazo.com/ea091d5a41992e75cbb19550af2752d2
