These plugins are outdated and not updated for recent LSPDFR versions. When plugins aren't updated for the latest versions of LSPDFR, they may begin to cause issues. Enter the command "LoadPlugin" in RagePluginHook menu (F4) and it will select LSPD First Response.dll from the suggested list (start typing the name of the mod and it will prompt you)

Something blocked your files, have you checked your antivirus and Windows 10 antivirus for sure? Also drop your RPH log (in the root of gta 5 notebook called RagePluginHook.log)

You are experiencing a System Access Violation and this could be caused by a faulty mods folder. Please rename your mods folder to _mods & retry. If this diagnostic step works, something in your mods folder is preventing LSPDFR from loading correctly. Please revert the recent changes you made. OR 1. Do you have the latest version of GTA V? 2. Do you have the time set to 60000 in the RagePluginHook settings? 3. If you use mods (any, especially cars), do you have any recommended files? (Script Hook V and gameconfig (latest version, both mods are updated every time GTA V is updated), PackFile Limit Adjuster, HeapAdjuster) 4. Try to update RageNativeUI (it is available on github) 5. If the previous points did not help - delete all additional callouts, perhaps one of them is outdated.

When you press F4 does it crashed or not? Just in case, update the version of RageNative.UI (https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases) and make sure that the "timeshould" time in RPH is set to 60000 (this is important). If what I wrote did not help - make sure that you run LSPDFR without additional callouts (any). And, importantly, reinstall Script Hook V (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/) If you use the ELS mod, install Advanced Hook V (the ELS mod is on the download page when you click "download" (the game crashes when downloading with an error where "ELS.asi" is specified).

Installed mods? Any. If yes, make sure you have the latest version of gameconfig.xml, Pack File Limit Adjuster, Heap Adjuster installed. If what I wrote above didn't work, or you don't have any modifications - delete additional callouts to LSPDFR from the GTA V folder > "plugins" ->"LSPDFR".

If the error has not disappeared, then reinstall LSPDFR together with Rage Plugin Hook (download "lspdfr_manual" and transfer all files from the archive with replacement to the root of GTA V). Also, in the Windows antivirus, set an exception to the GTA V folder.

I had this when I was approaching a vehicle that was set up crooked (even if you can't see it on the horizon, it's bogged down by the game). Check all your replaced cars (spawn them one by one in the game through the trainer, if it crashes from the game when spawning a certain car - reinstall it or remove it).
