    So I saved with my lcpdfr character and deleted the mod later. As it turns out this breaks the game and causes an infinite loading screen. I've found a fix. Delete ANY Save files for gta and get a clean one. That's the one fix that worked for me. So.. Yeah just switch to a game character before deleting. Though i don't know if this is lcpdfr at work but it seems that way.
