It's not a free vest, You have to buy the vest from laggo. -
Use photoshop to create your textures, use a different font, increase the size, blend the colors and change the mip map levels in open IV to 1. Not trying to clown on you just helping you out a bit. The reason it’s blurry is because of open Iv likely. -
You must download the file then replace the existing texture on the vest in OIV with the one you just downloaded. -
Not a free vest, get it from trump the fivem developer. -
Gif is not a preview of my textures, I am unable to upload any screen shots of them. Anyways I made 2 textures for now, One with navy blue and yellow Sheriff patches and another with white and grey sheriff patches. If you guys like these you can expect to see lots of subdivision textures up next!

Got bored and made this, Got some cool patches on it and best of all it doesn't have any department names so you can use it for any police department you want! This is only the texture and nothing more!

Decided to just release this one as I was just kinda making some random stuff and seeing how it looked. I think it looks good, if you guys think I should make a pack out of it lemme hear it! -
I made these liveries and decided to release them for free in support of Thurston County Sheriff's Office's K-9 Arlo who was shot and injured following a shooting incident. Arlo was taken to Oregon State University where he received surgery and 3 days later walked out of the hospital and got a police escort home where he has been enjoying a well deserved rest while he heals. These liveries aren't the best but I feel like they look pretty good! Feel free to give me feedback as it helps me make better stuff. IF YOUR LIVERIES LOOK BLURRY AFTER YOU PUT THEM ON BE SURE TO CHECK THE MIP MAP LEVELS IN OPEN IV AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE SET TO 1 AND NOT HIGHER.
