I've tried that and all it does it gives me a prompt that tells me GTA V is already running and when I hit exit it just sits there and does nothing

Hello, I have recently reinstalled LSPDFR onto a complete clean copy of GTA V Legacy, I recently went through and deleted all files regarding GTA V when I uninstalled it. Now, RPH does not launch the game as it should. its now launching it as a normal GTA V and not with the RPH aspects.
