I use SparkIV when adding cars. It works fine. When I run into the cars that are police4 or policeb, it wont let me add. Only replace. How do I add car slots?

How come when I try to join inside the game and play LCPDFR the cars that are not ELS Compatable do work. The ones that use ELS don't work. Only the siren does.

I just bought GTA IV game disk and I installed it. When I linked my Rockstar Games account it said it was linked to GFWL. When I try to play on GTA IV with DSOUND, it gives me the WS10 error. I use xlive now and I can play regularly, but when I install LCPDFR with xlive, it doesn't want to open in game. Nor does the simple trainer.
