ScriptHook V hasn't been updated for the newest version of RPH yet so it's not going to work with LSPDFR until it's updated. You're probably going to have to wait a bit.

Any ideas as to why EUP and modding might not be working??

No luck. Still won't work. Even my trainer isn't working. Reinstalled all the files multiple times and still nothing.

So after the update, a lot of things just will not work. First of all, EUP won't work. Nothing related to EUP. Also I cannot load the vehicles that I added to the game using the modding dlc pack. Other small mods will also not work. Is it a problem with my mods folder, lspdfr, or it is just that the mods need updates?
