    Hello there , I'm here to ask , why can't i download files from this website ?! I'm really require that diagnostic tools , and there not even any mirror outside ! And , i have install the LCPDFR0.95 beta , i know i know.....it was a beta . But , i can run GTA IV with LCPDFRR 0.95beta installed , but i can't enable it in the games , it say advancedhook.dll or core(something)error . When i press LALT+P , nothing happen , it just turn the Definition mode on and off

    I think you guys know someone made the metropolitan police uniform and someone made the NYPD ESU police uniform , these will change noose , i have these too and i also experience the problem crash.
