I have given up and decided to do a fresh re install of GTA V and LSPDFR. I will update you on how it turns out and close this thread if I no longer need support.

I first loaded in and realized none of my custom cruisers were loading in, game running fine just no custom cars. I reinstalled ASI Loader and the car pack through open iv and now every time my game finishes loading and begins populating world it crashes, I can not make it into the actual game, I crash right before loading in, any help is appreciated. Thank you RagePluginHook.log Update: I renamed my mods folder to _mods due to my suspicion of it being a problem with the mods folder. The game loaded and i was able to walk around. All the cars were vanilla and EUP did NOT work when I /forceduty. About 10 seconds after /forceduty my game crashed again, here is the log. RagePluginHook.log
