You need to change the carcols ids and carvariations ids, they work perfectly fine, you have another carcol interferring. There are plenty of videos on youtube how to do this -
They are just provided as is, any conversion to any particular platform is on the users end

probably because the resource isnt started in your server. make sure the folder name is the same as the file being started in your server.cfg -

This is my 2021 Speed Enforcement Camaro ZL1. This baby is capable of speeds in excess of 170mph in game, however maintains a smooth safe handling with them. The issue i had with that one and the other was the topography. I wanted a Proper Edge9000 since alot of those bars were made in the GTAIV era. -

Hey guys, haven't seen a publicly available Whelen Edge 9000 on the market yet, so I decided to go ahead, convert BxBugs123's lightbar from IV, and do some basic edits. Please keep in consideration this lightbar is no where near perfect, and it is my very first convert. Any Constructive Criticism you can give me in the comments will be greatly appreciated as iI need to focus on bettering my weak spots. Also be sure to use the Credit file to put credits in when releasing a car with this bar, as a lot of developers work has been used to make this bar happen! Do note I do not plan on updating this bar at all, however if any member of the community does edits to make this better in any way and wants it to be put on this file, please contact me on my discord at Atticus Finch#1766 and I will gladly push an update with it! I Might add it later on after I finish the rest of Texas DPS. The Reasoning for not adding it is the Actual TxDPS Challengers do not have Push Bars do to speed enforcement generally being used to outrun vehicles and setup spikes, and do to the cost of repairing a car, especially a $40k + Challenger/Demon. Anticipate an update in about 2 weeks, since im working on the pack right now!- 8 comments

It Will Work in singleplayer, however I do not know how to setup a singleplayer vehicle. There should be a tutorial on youtube somewhere for it

Speed Enforcement Unit, Based off of the Dodge Challenger Donated to Texas DPS. Do to lack of havinbg the proper lighting equipment to do the fron grill, i opted to make the Intake Tubs Halo Lights flash red and blue. As far as the rear went i made the brake lights flash, and the lightbar has inspiration from the DPS and my local police department. The Interior is incredibly basic as it is IRL, Lacking a proper console i utilized a Whelen Cencom Saphire Siren controller, and a Stalker Dual DSR for the Radar Equipment. This Vehicle has a Realistic(to an extent) handling line, that is Speed limited do to the fun scenarios that happen when you go over 150 in game.
