  1. Character Mod? Sorry kinda confused what you mean. Are you requesting a character mod or are you asking if this is a Character mod? Hope I can answer your question.

Thanks For Checking out the Post! This is TenFour Designs Second upload and its another server enhancer upload!! Attached is a readme with everything you need to know about how to operate and customize the billboards. Disclaimer: to edit the billboards you must use 3rd party addons such as OpenIV, TextureToolkit, Photoshop, Paint.Net This pack does not include the main billboard in Sandy Shores on Joshua Road. If interested in that billboard check out my fellow creator Dr3w's Creations Billboard for the Main St. Sandy Shores! Hello Everyone, For our first post on LSPDFR I thought I would upload something I have not seen yet on the site. Custom Textures for any sort of Menu. It replaces the default Commonmenu.ytd so it should work with most to any menus out there (Server sided at least) Script is ready for a Modifcation called fiveM. Plug and Play + a template so users may skin a custom background for their server or whatever use is wanted. Hope you enjoy.
