    Can someone please help me with what I’m sure is a minor problem to many. I recently downloaded ELS and now all my police cars come with the emergency lights on. I’m unable to turn them off. The lights remain solid and when I try to activate the emergency lights, only the strobes come on. Any and all help is appreciated. Nas
