    Hello. Sorry for bad English. I was making mods for GTA 3. And my PC is too old for GTA 4. So here is Registration stickers, Safety and Emission Inspections stickers. Parking violation ticket and envelope for it. All stuff in "NY-look" like, for Liberty State. It's still in long W.I.P. But, I can finish a parking ticket and envelope for LCPDFR Here, how real envelope looks...
