[Update] I solved the problem myself eventually by reinstalling the entire audio library and the asi loader countless times

And also, I found that all in-game sirens are not working anymore(including both ELS and vanilla non-ELS vehicles)

Last update fucks everyone's files up including mine. This problem happens literally after the update. I had updated Rage Plugin Hook, Script Hook V and Script Hook V Dot Net to what is available currently and there is still no hope. Here's the logfile of both the ELS and Rage Plugin Hook, I hope someone can help me with this problem. P.S. I do not enable the "disable vehicle siren" in simple trainer ELS.logAdvancedHookV.logRagePluginHook.log
