  1. so I decided to come back to LSPDFR, and before I realised, 0.4.9 was out. so I went on the web and learnt how to install it. i updated my RPH and LSPDFR versions. i was then notified that the build 2372 was not compatible with the latest RPH. so i downloaded the 4 build 2245 apps (FOR STEAM, NOT EPIC), and placed it into my directory. i then ran RPH with all my vehicles, gun sounds, sirens, plugins, eup, etc. yet, the game was stuck on the loading part where it says "Loaded Plugin "LSPD First Response" ", and "Loaded Plugin "EUP Menu" ". i then deleted every one of my mods, and started again from scratch. this time, i only installed scripthook v, simpletrainer, lspdfr 0.4.9, and latest rph; no callouts, etc. and still, the game stops at "Loaded Plugin "LSPD First Response" ". i have watched tutorials after tutorials, and none go with my problem. my lspdfr keys and my lspdfr ini files are going to be attached, for future reference. lspdfrini.txt lspdfrkeys.txt
