I gave it a try and no luck unfortunately. The only two things in the commandline.txt were the RPH borderless and windowed mode commands. Everything as far as LSPDFR, RPH, OpenIV, and ScriptHook has been updated.

So this update has me scratching my head quite a bit. So my game crashes consistently once I get to this point. I've updated LSPDFR, RPH, and Scripthook all to the newest versions. While on the RPH loading screen my game crashes. I've ticked the option not to load any plugins on startup and even with that ticked, my game still crashes. I've went in and updated my archives in openV and still no luck. If anybody could help me out, i'd greatly appreciate it. RagePluginHook.log
