  18. You can find gameconfig in 5mods site I recommend F7YO gameconfig. For me when I installed the latest lspdfr after the Los Santos Tuners update it kept crash until I installed gameconfig and Packfile Limit Adjuster. Did you installed the gameconfig on the same gta install that already crash for you? If yes I recommend to reinstall gta and then install LSPDFR and gameconfig with Heap Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster.

  20. I recommend you to follow some youtube tutorials on how optimized gta iv and how to install LCPDFR, it should work. keep in mind that gta iv is an old game and kinda poor optimized for mods especially with high poly so it can frequently crash with high number of mods installed.
  21. Have you installed gameconfig? sometimes one plugin or script caused the crash and it hard to find which one. i recommend you to reinstall lspdfr in a fresh game folder.

  24. Maybe it's something related to your controller? in case that you use an wireless controller have you checked the battery?

    You will have to install gameconfig to prevent crashes after installing car packs and mods
