    I detain the suspect then move them near my car and when I let go of them I cannot move. Also Unsure how to get them in the car.

    IDK what's going on but here isRagePluginHook.log the RPH.log New install of GTAV on Epic Games launcher. No mods, instantly installed LSPDFR after it was finished.
