    So after uninstalling and reinstalling GTA 5 multiple times, I can play GTA5 single player, but when I go out of it to load ragepluginhook its like it trying to load another instance and tells me the game is already running and i still get the error saying Steam failed to initialize, please verify steam client is running and try again. Is anyone able to help me with this as I do not want to uninstall gta 5 and have to reinstall it and lspdfr and all that fun stuff.

    I'm having issues when I play the game and Talk to dispatch outside the car it use to make the beeping noise but now it only makes the beeping noise when im inside the car. Is there a fix to this or anyone know how to help me?
