    Please can you do a no hats version; I would reinstall this mod if it wasn't for that. I did try removing some of the hats in the xml, but it just played havoc with my game.

    An amazing mod and one worthy of credit. Just one feature to improve on though; maybe you could include some more local agencies such as the Paleto bay PD, Grapeseed PD and Sandy Shores PD. Apart from that though I really can't fault this mod at all. Great work!!
