    I cannot accept callouts when dispatch offers them. I hit Y and nothing. Then the LSPDFR pause menu is gone as well.

    I had the same issue. I did a fresh reinstall of LSPDFR and it fixed it for me.

    I have the same problem but I realized the issue is script hook v. I can load the game no problem without it

    I have tried and tried to troubleshoot this issue but I am getting nowhere. GTA V keeps crashing on loading screen. With and without rage plugin hook. I verified the integrity of my game files via steam already. I tried disabling my mods folder. I ensured I have a custom gameconfig, heap and packfile limit adjuster. IDK what's wrong.     If you haven't already installed Siren Mastery by albo1125 I suggest you do so. It'll let you customize your sirens however you'd like.
