  1. Problem solved. It appears as though RPH was not reverting the update.rpf file for some reason. I was able to find a copy online from a reputable gamer and I'm back up and running.
  2. So, being new to the LSPDFR world for about a week now, I've been amazed to see what everyone here has accomplished. I was just getting started learning all the mods and then BAM tonight the update hit me. Of course when I first set up RPH I backed up my game. So after Rockstar updated my game I got an error message from RPH on load saying incorrect GTA version and that I have a backup I can revert to. So I say yes, revert. Then I check in RPH settings and it says it's using the older version from the backup. But then when I try to load GTA with RPH I get an error from Rockstar saying unable to launch game, if the problem persists then try verifying the game files. Code : 7002.1 I've tried letting the game update and then reverting several times but I just get the same result. I don't want to have to wait for the devs to update RPH, SHV, etc... can someone help me troubleshoot, I've tried everything I can think of. Thank you.
  3. @GooseDog418 Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I had already tried using GeForce Experience to optimize it and it actually lowers the fps slightly because it increases quality in some settings to the highest vs the default settings. I have went into the GTA graphics and advanced graphics settings and turned off everything and set the lowest settings possible and even then when I run the bench test I'm only getting in the 50s and sometimes 60s. Not sure what isn't cooperating, this is a beast of a laptop. And this is all without LSPDFR...
  4. Good afternoon. I am an I.T. person but I know nothing about gaming or LSPDFR modding. I recently purchased the game thru Steam and have it up and running with just LSPDFR and no other mods and the performance is terrible just running the game and it's a little worse when LSPDFR is loaded. My FPS ranges from 20 to 45, with the average being about 30fps and I have stutter. Here is my PC, whoever can help me change settings wherever they need to be changed to get the best mix of performance and quality I'll PayPal you $20 Dell Inspiron 7706 2in1 Laptop * Windows 10 Pro * Intel Core-i7 11th Gen (i7-1165G7) * 32GB DDR4-2666 (Dual Channel) * 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD with 32GB Intel H10 Optane Memory * Secret "Ultimate Performance" Mode power plan unlocked and activated as well as custom processor performance settings in place to keep all cores active and ready to go at full speed. Thank you.
  5. @Tackett93 I can help you from my experience doing it yesterday, it was really simple. All i did was this. 1. Bought game directly thru steam (because I didn't understand if the mod would work if I used other platforms to purchase the game like Rockstar or Epic). 2. Installed the game. 3. Play story mode until you complete the prologue introduction mission. 4. Download LSPDFR directly from it's authentic source. (Choose the automated setup, the one that says .exe) 5. Close the GTA V game if it's still open. Then install LSPDFR. Just keep clicking next for all the setup stuff with the default settings. 6. Go to the GTA V game folder, for me it is located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ Look for the file named "RAGEPluginHook.exe" and double click it to setup RAGE, which is basically the bootstrapped that loads GTA with your mods instead of loading the Original GTA game. 7. That's it. Anytime you want to play using mods just start the game using the RAGE file instead of starting the game directly another way. Don't ever try to play the online mode when RAGE/LSPDFR is active. 8. Good luck with the graphics settings in GTA V to reduce stutter etc, I'm still trying to figure it out. I have a high end laptop and it still runs choppy with LSPDFR despite not having max quality settings in place.
