    So I found a pretty sick vehicle from Trooper Corentin, https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2018-k-9-police-charger-fivem-ready-red-blue-blue-blue And the installation is confusing me. It is saying to drag the files into 64e.rpf blah, blah blah, and when i attempt to do this i have no luck. I have try to spawn it in using menyoo and again, no luck. Just wondering if anyone can help me.
