I have code 3 callouts, high priority and the traffic policer. I've never gotten one of the high priority ones.

As the title says - How do plugins work? I understand how to install them but I'm confused on how they work. For example, I have Code 3 callouts installed. I added other callouts to my plugins folder but I only get calls from the code 3 callouts? Can I only have one set of callouts at a time or am I doing something wrong?

Alright, I can go brand new. What do you think of the laptops though?

Hello, I am planning on getting a new laptop soon. Currently I am in the SA-MP community but planning on switching to GTA IV soon. I need a new laptop first. My Budget is around 400$ Before you guy say nothing can run it under 400$, I know there are laptops that can. Can't get a desktop for reasons. This is the First laptop I saw. I would like to play GTA IV with LCPDFR , ELS and a few car mods. I can handle GTA IV on low settings. (( I play GTA SA on low settings and get about 12 fps.))
