Version 1.131 Update:
 
- Fixed Add On Vehicles so they can now pull over vehicles
- Fixed Add On Vehicles so you can change the wheels if you would like through mod use
- Fixed the July 4th F-150 so that it is back within the pack
- Double Checked Speed7 and it is not crashing (Not a fixed but was checked)
 
Install Instruction Update:
 
1. In your dlclist.xml file add  <Item>dlcpacks:/statewide/</Item> to the bottom of it
(This file can be found at: mods/common.rpf/data/)

IF YOU ARE USING OTHER MODS OR IT WILL BREAK IT. Mine also has MPCLOTHES and EUP but that is it.
 
2. In the Vehicle Files folder drag and drop the statewide folder in your mods/update/x64/dlcpacks folder
 
Hello Everybody,
 
Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 
 
There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.
 
- Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries
- 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD
- Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)
- Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)
- All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!
- Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)
- Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)
- Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)
- Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)
- Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)
- Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)
- Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)
- Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)
- Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)
- Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)
- Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)
- Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)
- Plus Much More that I can't think of.

FAQ:
- Do you plan to make a non els version?
If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.
 
- Do you plan to add more vehicles?
It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed
 
- I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?
No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.
 
- Can I upload my liveries I create?
Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

Modyfikacja zawiera tekstury które mają na celu podmienić dużą część kamizelek w modyfikacji "EUP Vests and Earpiece". Wszystkie kamizelki od Vest 1 do Vest 11 setup 1 zawierają podmienione tekstury. Cieszcie się modyfikacją!

(Powiedzmy, że chcesz podmienić vest 7, w takim razie musisz pobrać vest 7 z modyfikacji Eup vests and
earpiece, potem wejść w tym pliku .rar w vest 7, wywalić gdziekolwiek plik png, wejść w lokalizację
naszego vesta (w open IV), wejść w plik task_diff_007_a_uni.ytd, nacisnąć replace, znaleźć malowanie
z tej paczki i nacisnąć save.)
3. Jeżeli chcesz więcej kamizelek podmienić, robisz to w ten sam sposób.
4. Ciesz się modyfikacją!
P.S: Jeżeli powiedzmy, że chcesz mieć inny size kamizelki, to po prostu normalnie ją podmień
i będzie dobrze działać, dlatego nie ma folderów np "setup 1 size 1" gdyż malowanie działa normalnie
z obami size'ami. (Niektóre "size'y" mają inne malowania, dlatego iż są oddzielne foldery).
Drugi P.S: Vest 3 zawiera wariant do SM gdyż według mnie jest to najbardziej pasująca kamizelka 
pod SM.

This pack contains textures from vest 1 to vest 11 setup 1.
Installation:
1. Download vests from the EUP Vests & Earpiece modification that you want to replace with polish police ones.
2. In this .rar file, go to the vest folder and select the setup you want to replace. (Let's say you want to replace vest 7, then you need to download vest 7 from the Eup vests and  earpiece mod, then in this .rar file enter  vest 7, put the PNG file somewhere on your PC (make sure to put it somewhere you can find it enter the location the vest is in (in open IV), enter the file task_diff_007_a_uni.ytd, press replace, find the texture from this pack and press save.)
3. If you want to replace more vests, you do it in the same way.
4. Enjoy the modification!
Note: : If, let's say, you want a different size for the vest, just replace it like normal and it will work fine, that's why there are no folders, e.g. "setup 1 size 1" because the texture works fine with both sizes. (Some sizes have different textures that's why  they are in separate folders).
Second P.S: Vest 3 contains a variant for SM (Straż miejska, Polish local police) because in my opinion it is the most suitable vest  for SM (Straż miejska, Polish local police)

5. Wejdź w (np.) task_diff_001_a_uni.ytd kliknij replace, znajdź task_diff_00_a_uni.png wybierz go,
Naciśnij save.
6. Zrób tak z resztą plików png.
7. Ciesz się modyfikacją!

Modyfikacja zawiera   tekstury do większości kamizelek w modyfikacji "EUP Vests & Earpiece." Jeżeli jednak pominąłem jakąkolwiek, proszę napisać w komentarzach. Na screenach zobaczyliście większość kamizelek, lecz nie są to wszystkie, gorąco zachęcam do pobrania i sprawdzenia reszty kamizelek. Mam nadzieję, że paczka wam się spodoba. Paczka tekstur polskiej policji do modyfikacji EUP Vests & Earpiece będzie wydana za tydzień lub dwa. Planuję w środę wydać paczkę polskich policyjnych tekstur do moda Female EUP Vests.

Fiat Ducato w wersji dla Polskiej policji wykorzystywany od parunastu dobrych lat w różnych wydziałach policji. Pojazd posiada oświetlenie ostrzegawcze firmy Gamet, a także modulator od tej firmy GAM-150. Nasz pojazd którym właśnie będziecie grać posiada 6 miejsc siedzących - 2 z przodu i 4 w środkowym przedziale. Ów model nie posiada przedziału dla zatrzymanych z klatką z tyłu pojazdu, lecz ten błąd mamy zamiar naprawić w następnych aktualizacjach. 
Pierwotny model miał nie najlepszą jakość, udało nam się załatać większość jego błędów i braków w konfiguracji, przetestowaliśmy samochód pod wieloma względami ale nadal możecie natrafić na jakieś pomniejsze błędy (dlatego na ten moment pojazd zostaje wypuszczony w wersji Beta) o których poinformujcie nas na naszym discordzie

Create a folder called `plugins` if it doesn't already exist.  
Drop the `SimpleCTRL.dll` file into the `plugins` folder.  
Launch GTA V!
