Nevermind... I updated WIndows once again and restarted the Computer. Now its working.. Thanks for your help!

Yeah i tried -windowed already, doesnt work... What do you mean with WIndows Defender exception? After trying various things it seems like RagePlugin Hook opens the Rockstar Launcher, starts a new GTA instance but isnt able to recognize that a GTA process is running... that would explain why RagePlugin always starts a new GTA instance because it isnt able to detect any running. Today there was an update with the Rockstar Launcher, maybe Rockstar Fuc***ed up everything another time.

As mentioned, there is no "Error" from RagePlugin. RagePlugin doesn't detect the game running, so it starts a new instance via the Rockstar launcher... But because the game is still running the Launcher says that GTA is already running and RagePlugin keeps waiting for the Launcher opening a new instance. I Cant find any logfiles other than the launcher log and thats probably because RagePlugin doesnt generate one since it never starts hooking to a GTA instance... Can anyone in this Forum really help me or is this just some sort of "Have you restarted your device" kind of support?

Hey there, I finally was able to get some Log from the launcher: At the end it says "Game not already running" although the Game indeed is running.

Thanks four your response! There is no error, since RagePlugin tries to start a new GTA V instance from the Rockstar Launcher. The error there is "GTA V already running". Is there a method to tell RagePlugin to search for running instances instead of launching new ones?

Hey there, I was hyped to play LSPDFR again so i downloaded and installed it on my machine (Windows 10, latest updates). I opened RagePluginHook.exe to start the games like i was used to. However when the game opens, the Rage Popup keeps saying "launching game" and i only get to the default GTA V menu. I reinstalled GTA V completely to a new directory and deleted all other game directories. In addition to that i deinstalled my Antivirus program, although I didnt got an error popup or so with it. I think the "new" Rockstar launcher is causing this issue. When its openend and i start RagePluginHook.exe it stays there and does nothing. However if it's closed, the game starts but Rage doesn't "hook" into it. All hacks on the internet didnt worked for me, e.g. starting GTA in Story Mode and then starting RagePlugin... this results in RockstarGameLauncher saying that GTA is already running and not in RagePlugin hooking into the running process. There is also no log file created by RagePlugin, so i cant show anything to you. Looking forward getting an answer very soon... Thanks!
