I dont really like callouts i prefer just roaming the streets and finding people doing things like drinking in public, crossing a red light, etc. I got the computer lite mod so i could arrest people for these types of things and saw more options like harrsment, trafficking, rape and loads of other stuff that simply dose not happen in the game. I imagine this sort of stuff is for online RP but was wondering if there are any mods that add that sort of stuff you can randomly come across?

Make sure all they have been put in the correct place. double check the install page for the mods that are not working. It should tell you if the files just need to be dropped straight into the GTA5 folder or GTA5>plugins>LSPDFR
