If you go to my post in the Media Section of this forum you will see how I got LSPDFR working again after GTAV updated on my PC.
I have also added a line to commandline.txt in the GTAV folder which prevents GTAV going online.
 
I know LSPDFR will eventually update but this method allows me to play LSPDFR in the meantime.

This is how we all learn about all of this stuff.  The GTA 5 update was planned for release.  So if you wanted to, you could have selected the option to not load Steam on startup.  Then when started steam and it tries to update, just click off that to close it out and then go to Steam and then to "offline only" mode. This will work for awhile, but eventually Social Club will want to connect again.  At that point you can maybe try rebooting PC and see if you can go back into offline mode.

I tell you this, because Rockstar will continue to update GTA 5 and milk their online baby for several more years.  Use this as a learning experience for next time.

Thank you for the help! I ended up restarting my computer and it worked perfect. My game version already updated so I can't use LSPDFR anyway, just wanted to get these two updated (RAGE & ScriptHookV) and wait for the LSPDFR update. Thanks again everyone, looks like "turning it off and back on again" is a solid solution. lol.

I'm sorry, but a game update cannot be uninstalled. You are forced to wait for a release like all of us

Hiya, I think what you should do is change your "cancel traffic stop" key to another key so that the two wont overlap! Let me know if you have any questons!
