    When I open up GTA 5 and run Rage and I try to talk to dispatch thru grammar police is says at the bottom left "Say Again" and I can not figure out how to get it to work. Can someone help me?

    I uploaded a file and when I did so it said please wait for a moderator to review this mod. Or something around those lines, and that was yesterday, does anyone know how long it normally takes. (I know a lot of files have to be reviewed.)
