Everytime start the game it says this and I have to start it a second time to get it to work. What does this log mean.

So I know for example if I buy gta through stream I can just copy the files and drag them over to my pc files to back them up. So let’s say my game crashes and I need to use my backup would now have to start pulling the game up from my pc file instead of steam? I’m lost how really how to backup my game

Do I have to download the ems and coroner mods separately? Or is it all included in lspdfr download?
