Does it involve just deleting the lspdfr main .dll files in the plugins?

Hello, I recently added some scripts and mods and my RPH is not launching. When I start the game, Rage will load (text over the hot chick) and once it loads it goes straight to regular story mode. I have tried deleting RPH and the LSPDFR file. When I try and F4 in my cmd, it says the lspdfr.dll PATH does not exist. Any help would be appreciated. RPH log below;
