    I'm only new to lspdfr but I had the same issue not to long ago, my issue was fixed when the last update was done. I worked out to get around the issue and play lspdfr i had to launch RPH while my pc was disconnected from the internet then re connect to the internet as soon as RPH started to load. I hope it helps sum what....
