    I downloaded 7 different scripts/mods. Only one of them says anything about ELS.

    Hey, I downloaded a few mods but im unsure where to put them file-wise. I first put them in the plugins folder in the GTA folder, but after looking around I found out they needed to be just in the GTA folder. Yet they still arent showing up in game. Do I have to activate them somehow? Does it vary between mods?
