GTA OPP Clan *High Ranking Positions are available* Now accepting new applications. The Grand Theft Auto Ontario Provincial Police Clan is now accepting applications for the rank of constable. (For higher postitions just fill out an application.) If accepted you will then be scheduled an interview (Based on your personal schedule) After completing the interview and your recruitment sergeant thinks you are ready for policing you will be accepted into the training process as a cadet. You will then attend a Training Academy (Usually held every Friday) and will learn the basics, procedures, tactics, and skills required to become a constable for the Ontario Provincial Police Clan. (Unless you applied to be a dispatcher) Upon completion of the Training Academy (Your instructor will decide if you have passed the physical challenge to become a OPP constable) you will earn the rank of Post Cadet and you will then be assigned 2 FTO's (Field Training Officers) one from General Duty, and one from Road Safety Division. They will show you and let you experience how to use your skills in the field and what each unit is like. (RSD and GD) You will then be given an option to become a constable in the Road Safety Division unit or the General Duty Unit. Once you choose you will be promoted to constable 4. (Probationary Constable) Here you must take at least 1 week to become familiar with the clan and participate in a few patrols. Then you may schedule your constable 3 evaluation with your unit Sergeant or Corporal. The evaluation consists of a supervisor seeing how well you are doing and if you are capable of being the rank you are taking the evaluation for. (Evaluations become harder as you progress in ranks.) If you do not pass the expectations your request will be terminated (To be the rank you are taking the evaluation for) and must wait at least 1 week to schedule another evaluation. If you meet the expectations you will be assigned constable 3 (Or the rank you are taking the evaluation for) and this means (Constable 3) you are a full constable. Once Cst. 3 you may choose to diverse into other units such as our specialized Emergency Response Team or our Investigative Unit. (You may also switch over to RSD or GD and add dispatch to a secondary job) From there on you may work your way up the ranks. Requirments -Microphone -Legal copy of GTA IV (And Working, unless a dispatcher) -At least 12 Years Old -Speak English well enough to be understood over Team speak 3 (Accents are fine as long as you can still be understood) -A positive attitude! -Mature, responsible and respectful.
