just released it today 30 min ago
here is simple retexturing SWAT Peds by NOTREID into HKP SDU team 
retexturing by Me Peds by Notreid
 
installation is simple 
just replace original YTD files by the files from my folder and you're all set 
NOTE!
UPLOADED into GTA4 category by mistake and error occures when i am trying to reupload it so please admins help me to reupload it
 
you will need to download Notreid's Peds from 5mods https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/lspd-lapd-swat
