    so im in the process of downloading a car right now from red saint and i am so confused on what i am doing. all the YouTube videos I've tried watching are with ELS vehicles and the one im downloading isn't ELS i think. is there any way i can change that

    Hello, I'm new to lspdfr and was wondering how things work. How I download cars, what Plug ins do I want, How many different vehicles can i have, etc. I plan on playing all over the map so how do I get multiple agency vehicles? thank you for your help
