    Backup that wear the police vest (DPPD, RHPD) have parachutes on instead of the shoulder mic made to work with the vests and SWAT/NOOSE spawn with American flag undershirt. Any way to fix or a planned fixed by creator of this mod? Also Coroner spawn with parachutes. Bug report or this might only be a problem for me? (Discord link come up as expired)

    It a texture you have to install yourself and it comes inside of the pack just in the texture file.
