Hey guys, 
so I wanted to learn reflective liveries, and who better than fire rescue to test it on.
Livery is fictional however using the black + white combo was inspired by EmergeNYC's Montgomery County units.
 
I would've added more units if there were more free dev models for more with LODs but there isn't so I hope you all enjoy it as is.

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FIRE (SBCoFD) Based BCFD

Blaine County Fire Department textures based on San Bernardino County Fire Department (SBCoFD) in San Bernardino County, California. Many locations in Blaine County are based on San Bernardino County, making this the perfect lore-friendly addition.
 
Included are 4K skins for:
 
KME Predator Engine
Ford F-450 Ambulance
Ford F-450 Brush Patrol
Ford Expedition Battalion
 
Included are liveries for Sandy Shores, Paleto Bay and a generic livery, with the exception of the Expedition which includes only a generic livery.
 
The textures are made for Medic4523's vehicles. As of April 2026, these models are only available through Medic4523 (MBM4523) Discord server.
 
The skins are as close to their real-world counterparts as possible but there are livery variations throughout the department's fleet. There are also some differences between Medic4523's models and the real-world department's models, such as the rambar on the Ford Expedition.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help
A: I use QuantV with personal tweaks to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

A collection of patches (some of which are used by FiveM) to improve stability, reduce texture loss and actually use your system's available resources as much as possible.

Please note that this script is designed for high end systems with 8GB or more of GPU memory and more than 8GB of system memory available to be used solely by the game, although this is configurable via the included INI file.

Requirements
An ASI loader like the one included with ScriptHookV "dinput8.dll".
Installation
Place "GTAV.ResourceAdjuster.asi" & "ResourceAdjuster.ini" into your Grand Theft Auto V folder.

*I have solved the siren pitch filter issue so all the tones that uses SIREN1/2 & FIRETRUK slots are as authentic as it should be*

This pack has been sitting on my desktop for literally over 4 months... I was gonna add a ton of more stuff but I got busy with request and life so I never got around to it...
Sooo I'm gonna just go ahead and release it like it is.

This file includes a Traffic Services Unit Hi-Visibility Raincoat which was designed as to be seen during dark rainy instances where you need to be seen! I used the default EUP 8.3 Raincoat and re-textured to suit my design choice.
All credits go to the EUP team for the model.
