I havent been able to startup Ragehook successfully after this newest update. I've deleted scripthook and im having the same issue

Ive deleted all of my mods and started re-adding them until I found out that ELS was the mod crashing it. Ive updated everything including RageNativeUi. Ill attach the crash report so that someone can help. crashreport.txt RAGENativeUI.xml

Ragehook has been crashing to desktop when I start LSPDFR. Ive deleted vehicle mods, plugins, and even uninstalled the game but after reinstalling its still not working. Here is the log: RagePluginHook.log

For the past few sessions I've been dealing with police lightbar issue. A few of the lights stay on and when I press J nothing happens. Ive already deleted and reinstalled the mod and uninstalled and reinstalled both ASI loader and OpenIV asi. What should I do? Update: I've uninstalled and reinstalled and am having the same issue. asiloader.log

Once upon a time, I could use PeterUCallouts but now I cant even get the callouts to work with Callout manager. Can somebody help me figure out how to fix the issue I'm having? RagePluginHook.log Also, My stop the ped isn't pulling up in the game anymore. It was just working last week. Can anyone figure out if the log tells why this is happening?
