    There should be a template provided with the file, if you would like to make the vehicle more slower you would need to edit the handling.meta and edit some values there, such as <initialDriveForce <fClutchChangeRateScaleUpShift <fClutchChangeRateScaleDownShift <fTractionCurveMin
