I looked into third party crash capture software https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/application_crash_report.html But noticed this in some circumstances, a program may crash without displaying any crash window (The program simply disappears from the screen), in these cases, WinCrashReport won't be able the create a crash report. Would a Teamviewer session help, @LMS?

I looked, its not creating a crash log which possibly tells us its not crashing the game but ending the process? I just got thrown back to desktop at 16:23 after playing the game for 10 mins on autosave before manually loading a save, and then took this screenshot

I'm really sorry but the crash doesn't appear to create an application crash entry for GTA IV, is there any other way to get info? This morning I have run the game a couple of times trying to get the crash log. I loaded the game which autoloads into my save file and runs fine. I then manually load the same save file and it crashes to desktop a few seconds after.

Honestly this is such a dumb problem to have, the game will load and work fine, I can then load the exact same savegame and it crashes a few seconds after.

This post is about getting scripthook to work properly. I've got scripts to work finally and the game runs good after I load in from the main menu but, if I want to load a savedgame it crashes a few seconds after. Am I doing something wrong? Its not the save file as it crashes even if I delete all savedgames, start a new game, save and load. I'm running the latest Steam version of GTA IV.
