plasmasack

i recently tried downloading lcpdfr on gta 4 and tried to play it. so the game loads up the menu and when i select start it loads normally until when the save tries to load, then it stutters for a second or 2 and crashes. im new to modding by ive looked up multiple tutorials and downloaded everything correctly(i think). so here is what the log gave me... it also says i dont have scripthook installed but i had it installed and it got overwritten by another scripthook that came with the file. and its also a legit copy of gta 4 can someone please help?
