  1. Ok, I did all that. Was able to edit the file and when I checked the installation it was a success; however, I still get the "Error in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.Loader'!" I don't know if this will help, but here's a screenshot I took when I hit the tilda key. http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/589161283257561109/D0640BAF5C73306E90D89F2FAB238CF7F4FCE1B0/ Also, it should be noted that I recieve this error when I exit my game. I thought at first that it was my GTA that was corrupt and so I did a fresh install of the game and re-installed the mod and still got the same error. I then uninstalled the mod, ran GTA, played for a few minutes, then exited the game and the same error didn't show up. I did this several times. The error poped up every time with the mod installed and the error never showed up with the mod uninstalled. I am completly lost as to why this is happening. I've looked high and low around the forums for people with similar problems, but everytime someone else has the "Error in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.Loader'!" problem their's is solved because they were simply missing a file. I have all the files that were required for install; at least I hope I do. I did the automatic install and the manual install. Both have same results. Hello...? Anybody...? I really do want to play this fantastic mod. Instead I just sit here and watch YouTube videos about it. Can ANYBODY help, or do I have one of those errors that is just unfixable? I've tried to post as much and as many pictures as I can. Use the edit button to add more information to your post. -Staff
  2. This is the only thing I see in my LCPDFR folder. I went through all of the folders; no LCPDFR.ini. Is this why my game isn't working?
  3. When I navigate to my folder regularly I see all this However, when I double click diagnostics tool>advanced mode>Configure LCPD first response, this is all it shows in my root folder
  4. EDIT: I was able to run the diagnostics tool. When i clicked on view log, the tool crashed and this is the error.
  5. -Using a legit steam bought copy of GTA IV -Game is patched to 1.0.7.0 -I run the game as Admin -Root folder and every subdrirectory is NOT set to read only. -ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll ARE in the root folder. -There IS a LCPDFR folder in the root folder -I checked that all above files are exist -LCPDFR version is 1.0c -I have both .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 I took a screenshot of the error i recieve here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=286350714 AdvancedHook.log AdvancedHookInit.log LCPDFR.log ScriptHookDotNet.log Any help would be very much apreciated. I've looked at several other topics with the same issue and none of the solutions helped.
  6. When it asks you to link your account, just leave it blank and hit next. I had the same error and what I said worked for me.
