  1. "Launching game via steam" stuck.

    Hi all, I have been trying to get my game to work periodically for the better part of a year. Each time, I install everything I need to, and the game gets stuck on "launching game via steam". It will not go off of this message, even when I fully launch GTA V normally then try to load RPH after. Looking for some guidance and help, because I've tried everything I've found so far. Thank you!
