Hello! When i try to start the game, i receive error: Steam failed to initialize. Please verify that the Steam Client is running I tryied to enter in single player, and it's worked.

I have Rockstar Launcher (Social Club) version, legit copy.

Greetings. Faced a problem after reinstalling the game. Installed LSPDFR (Manual), went through Configuration, try to run ragepluginhook.exe, boot takes 4 seconds, and nothing goes. That is, the Rage Plugin Hook does not load at all. Microsoft Visual is installed. Framwork, too. I cannot show the log - because it is not even created. What to do in this situation? UPD: Rage Plugin Hook, won't even start via admin rights
