    When i call in EMS, the ambulance is a funeral car and the paramedics are clowns. Ive not change the ambulance or paramedic ped skins, or messed with the ini file. Any help would be apriciated. 🙂

    Make sure everything is installed correctly and In the right places. Also if you have like a million plugins installed it could cause crashing cause that’s what happened to me. If nothing works delete and re-install GTAIV, might not be the mods. I’ve never played GTAIV thought just going off what I know from GTAV. Hope I helped.

    1) Drag the oiv file onto your desktop 2) Open OpenIV 3) In the top left, next to favourites, there should be a button that says "Tools" 4) Click on "Tools" and then click package installer 5) Select the oiv file from your desktop 6) Click install to "mods" folder (if it doesn't say this you need to make a mods folder), then press install Enjoy
