If this all happened inside a mods folder, you can simply go to update > update.rpf > common > data and copy your dlclist.xml to your desktop. Then go back to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and drag it from your desktop to that location.

There's probably another way to do it but Jurisdictions+ does that (along with many other things). You can install it and then go to /lspdfr/data/custom/Winter and read the Readme.txt that came with Jurisdictions+ and you'll find instructions to switch from the usual summer uniforms to Winter uniforms. Jurisdictions+ comes with a map that you can ignore if you only want to change uniforms, but again: the plugin will make other changes to your ped uniforms so check the plugin description before installing, if you're fine with it then do what I say above.

Hi everyone. I'm having this issue with UltimateBackup partner and would appreciate if anyone could help. This is the problem: When any suspect uses a gun, I usually start a pursuit pressing B (the default LSPDFR key for reporting crimes), and we start the pursuit, but if my UltimateBackup partner opens fire at the suspect before I initiate the pursuit, LSPDFR targets my partner as one of the suspects and he starts running away. Has anyone had this problem before? Any fixes? I have been looking through this and other LSPDFR forums but found nothing similar to my issue.
